"I fell in love with yoga almost 12 years ago. I started right before my first son, JD, was born. I had always been a movement guy and an athlete. I played football, basketball and baseball in high school and continued with football in college. After college, my workout routine changed. A lot. I did things I enjoyed. From running, to mountain biking and kayaking. I just wanted to be in nature. My knees and ankles took a beating from the long distance running and so I thought I’d try yoga. Yoga combined my mind, body and spirit in ways that made me feel whole and complete. Whenever I left a studio after class, I simply felt good. Clear, strong and grounded. I started in the back of the classes and just followed people who I thought knew what they were doing. I was awkward at first. But I kept at it. As a former athlete, it was hard for me to create challenges whereby I really had to face myself. All of me. My body, my thoughts, my spirit. Yoga did that for me. It gave me the opportunity to face myself. To be present. To breathe through the discomfort. And to finally hit a pose.
I practiced a lot. And I got better. Not just at yoga, but also life in general. Yoga, for me, is a practice and a philosophy that applies to both on and off the mat. I am here to guide you, without judgment. I am here to hold space for all of you. I am inspired by your interest to learn. Let’s move through this beautiful practice together. SLOW FLOW is exactly how it sounds…SLOW! We will take our time really leaning into poses and jiving to some good music!
BREATHWORK:
"I am still in AWE of the power of this modality. Breathwork unlocks the medicine that is already within you. It is a practice that creates a fertile ground whereby your soul merges with your heart. Having been trained by David Elliott, I have learned to lean into trusting the spirit combined with your breath. I am here to guide you. To create a safe, loving space where you can feel at home to express whatever comes up. All levels are welcome. With Breathwork, the student is always in the driver's seat. You will be guided, but ultimately, you choose the level of intensity you are seeking. Come breathe with me..."

Julie's connection to the spirit world has spanned most of her adult life. But it was ultimately her first ceremony with plant medicine in 2018 that played the biggest role in her healing journey.
The gentle & healing nature of Ayahuasca connected her first to MUNAY, boundless love, and then to the power of her breath.
After deepening her relationship with Mother Ayahuasca she was deeply called to working with Kambo. It was working with the healing treatment of Kambo that connected Julie to the truth of her strength and the opportunity to release layers of unwanted energetics and old paradigms.
It wasn't until years later that Julie was able to see how she was being divinely guided to these pure and fundamental tools. So much of what she has experienced by leaning into alternative healing modalities has all played a significant roll in living out her purpose of guiding others to the same healing modalities.
Julie is grateful to be leveraging her 25 years as an entrepreneur into the organic growth of SPIRIT 11OUSE and all that is has the potential to become. Her greatest insights come from having created and built Chavez for Charity into a multi million dollar company that was at the front of the give back wave donating 1.6 M to charities across the country.
Above all else, Julie has a deep desire for meaningful and authentic connection with others that share her same values.

I found myself in my first yoga class sometime in 2008, and didn’t take my second until years later. It was not love at first sight. It was not romantic. It was uncomfortable, hard, and confusing. And it wasn’t until I was ready that I was able to dedicate myself to both the outer and inner yoga. Knowing this, I am super keen on meeting students where they are and supporting them on their unique path.
My classes are a reflection of me and the students I am working with. Public classes blend some of the deeper teachings of yoga while keeping a strong intentional based foundation that allows for a curious playful embodiment practice, filling in gaps with presence, compassion, and always a little humor. I am inspired by my many teachers like Amy Petty and Noah Maze where I completed my RYT 200, Jason Crandell, and Adriana Rizzolo.
I’ve done extensive inner yoga trainings with David Harshada Wagner with whom I’ve completed thousands of hours of study on applied yoga philosophy. My sadhana has lead me to India many times on pilgrimage where I was initiated into death work at the Missionaries of Charity while working with the sisters caring for the destitute and dying. I was part of the 2018 Death Doula Training with Ram Dass, Bodhi Be, Deanna Cochran, and Amy Glenn Wright.
The outward expression of Bhakti Yoga has drawn me to Parvathy Baul, a true mystic and master, who perfectly weaves together what lights me up; poets, saints, singers, and dancers. Here my background as a musician has turned my practice to namasankirtan; singing the names of the divine. I use the voice, the body, and instruments as a way to call out for the Beloved.
I currently lead trainings, retreats, and workshops around the US and online with a focus on Bhakti Yoga , Death/Grief work, and yoga asana. It is my deep honor to carry on and pass down what my teachers have so graciously passed down to me. My hope is to connect you to your inner love and spotlight your superpowers so you can be a servant of love.

Nicole Bartzak is a Trauma-Informed E-RYT 500 and KRI 200, with additional training hours in Yin and Energy Healing.
She received her first 200 hour certification in Ashtanga Vinyasa in Goa, India with Lalit Kumar at Himalaya Yoga Valley in 2012, and shortly after immersed herself in Kundalini and chakra healing classes and trainings in India with Viriam Kaur.
From India, Nicole traveled to the Peruvian Amazon where she remained for four years living and working at an Ayahuasca healing center. While she shared yoga with guests, she herself remained a student but this time of Plant Medicine under the tutelage of the indigenous Shipibo tribe. Nicole continues to study under the guidance of the Shipibo to this day, regularly returning to Peru.
In 2017 upon returning to NJ, she completed her 300 hour Hatha/Vinyasa certification at the Vastu Yoga in Montclair with teachers including Kanan Kapila, Nevine Michaan from Katonah Yoga and distinguished instructors from the Iyengar Institute in India.
She completed additional training hours in Yin Yoga with Naomi Fox at Life Time Florham Park.
In 2019, Nicole returned to India - this time to the foothills of the Himalayas in Rishikesh, where she completed her 200 hour Kundalini training with Gurmukh.
In 2020, Nicole became a Trauma-Informed practitioner in the lineage of Peter Levine, as offered by Will Rezin and Aurianna Joy.
She has co-lead 200 hour yoga teacher trainings, co-lead yoga retreats abroad and supports individuals with preparation and integration work for psychedelic medicines.
Nicole is naturally inspired by the complexity of what it means to be human, always seeking to learn more about life through her own embodied experience and through connection with others. She believes that we are here to heal, love and remember the joy of creation, imagination and play.. and recognizes what an extraordinary amount of courage it can take to do just that. Through yoga, she strives to hold a space that empowers each person to honor their sovereignty and connect to their own inner wisdom.
Nicole walks her path with the utmost reverence for her teachers in all realms, the students that step into her space and the tools and teachings themselves. In the name of Green Tara, Nicole dedicates her work to The Highest Good of All.
My name is Tabitha Rodriguez and yoga helped me start to re-write my story. As a matter of fact, my story is still being written at this moment. And really that is all that we have, right? This moment right now; the one you’re in as you read this bio. Yoga helps me realize this, breath by breath.
Watching my mom practice yoga in our living

Watching my mom practice yoga in our living room was my first experience of its healing powers. I started my own sincere, consistent practice of yoga in 2018 and soon after completed my 200hr training in Hot 26 with Unified Yoga. With a curious heart and the desire to know myself even deeper, I continued studying and completed my 500hr Hatha Yoga Training with Cloud 9 Yoga in 2020. I have traveled to the rainforests of Ecuador to study with indigenous tribes, to the Hawaiian island of Kauai to study with one of my teachers, and have met so many inspiring people along the way. Like I mentioned, my story is still being written though.
The yogic path is a mystery, and unique to each individual. With continuous study, these practices help me see the magic within, and my intention is to support your coming home and help you to see who you REALLY are, as I remember who I REALLY am, right beside you.
