Open Level Yoga class for folks looking to move their bodies in a fun and accessible way. Explore the physicalities of yoga asana in a thoughtful sequence and leave with some sparks of yoga philosophy. Expect to be challenged, taken care of, and hopefully smile.

This class will build body heat from the inside out and allow you to get deeper into muscles and body tissue through a variety of sequences, movement variations and exploring the body in different shapes. Expect slow, juicy movements, accelerated exertion from deep conditioning and a refined development of strength and opening. Breath is used as the fuel for this class, and through this practice we will explore the inner landscapes of the mind, body and being.

Utilize your breath, bandhas, and muscular endurance in this powerful, expansive vinyasa practice rooted in the Mysore Ashtanga lineage.
You’ll sweat (expect a variety of intentionally-crafted and dynamic sequencing, along with traditional Sun Salutations and heart-pumping core strengthening), then reset with grounding and juicy yin yoga (long-held passive stretches) before taking deep rest.
This practice is open to all who choose to show up with an open heart and an open mind.
